Cutting Element Assembly Line

Customised design machine to assembly cutting element from multiple parts.

By using 8 meter twin Belt transfer System to transport carrier from station to station, it stop at each station for each diferrent processes.

At each station, pneumatic/scara/6 axis robot will pick parts from bowl feeder to assembly.

At end of line, there is functional check station such as force check, vision check & etc.
