Drive Unit Assembly Line

Customised design machine to assembly drive unit from multiple parts.

It involve 5 meter twin Belt transfer System to transport carrier from station to station, it stop at each station for each diferrent processes. At the same time, there is an 8 fold indexer to assembly component at part level to supply to twin belt transfer system.

At each station, pneumatic/scara/6 axis robot will pick parts from bowl feeder to assembly.
